T1254 TCXO   RADIATION TOLERANT, ULTRA-LOW ACCELERATION SENSITIVITY
The T1254 TCXO (temperature compensated crystal oscillator) is available from 10 to 100 MHz, features tolerance to 30 kRad (Si), ultra-low acceleration sensitivity performance of <0.07 ppb/g, 3.3 or 5.0 VDC supply and CMOS output.

T1276 TCXO   RADIATION TOLERANT, ULTRA-LOW ACCELERATION SENSITIVITY
The T1276 TCXO, available from 2.5 to 120 MHz, features tolerance to 200 kRad (Si), ultra-low acceleration sensitivity performance of <0.07 ppb/g and MIL-PRF-55310 Level B or S Screening.

T1282 TCXO   RADIATION TOLERANT, LOW PHASE NOISE, VIBRATION COMPENSATED
The T1282 TCXO, available from 40 to 100 MHz, offers radiation tolerance to 50 kRad and ultra-low acceleration sensitivity performance of <0.07 ppb/g. Also available with hermetic package; specify Model T1283 TCXO.

T1354 TCXO   RADIATION TOLERANT, ULTRA-LOW ACCELERATION SENSITIVITY
The T1354 TCXO is available from 20 to 100 MHz and radiation tolerance is 100 kRad (Si) TID. Ultra-low acceleration sensitivity (to <0.07 ppb/g), a wide operating temperature range and a stainless steel and nickel-plated Kovar package are featured.
