New T58 TCXO: Frequency Stability to ±50 PPB
Q2, 2023 – The new T58 Series TCXO, available from 10 to 50 MHz, offers frequency stability to ±50 parts per billion over a wide temperature range, low power draw (<8 mW) and a rugged 5.0 x 3.2 mm package with shock survivability to 50,000g. Operating temperarure range can be extended to -55°C to +125°C (specify P/N T56 TCXO).
The T58 TCXO features long-term aging of <4 ppm over 10 years, low acceleration sensitivity to <0.7 ppb/g, +3.3 VDC supply, CMOS or Clipped Sine output and EFC for precise tuning or phase locking applications.
T1276 TCXO: Ultra-Low Acceleration Sensitivity & Radiation Tolerance For Deep Space & Satellite Apps
Q2, 2022 – The new T1276 TCXO (temperature controlled clock oscillator) is available from 2.5 to 120 MHz and features a rugged, radiation tolerant (200 krad (Si) TID) hermetic package and ultra-low acceleration sensitivity of <0.07 ppb/g.
CMOS or Sinewave output and MIL-PRF-55310 Level B or S screening is available. Power supply is 3.3 or 5.0 VDC.
A wide temperature operating range of -55°C to +125°C and excellent performance in high shock and vibration environments make the T1276 well-suited to a variety of applications including high orbit transponders, LEO (low Earth orbit) nano/micro satellites, RF telemetry systems, multiband terminals and upconverters.
Y1631 High Frequency Clock Oscillator: Ultra-Low Acceleration Sensitivity & Low Phase Noise
January, 2022 – The new YH1631 XO is available from 60 to 130 MHz and offers excellent phase noise performance of ± 120 dBc/Hz at a 100 Hz offset (frequency: 100 Mhz), and frequency stability vs. temperature of ±15 ppm (-20 to 70°C)..
The Y1631 clock oscillator features a rugged, 17.3mm sq. package, Sinewave output and ultra-low acceleration sensitivity of < 0.09 ppb/g. Power supply is 5.0 VDC.

YH1300-33 Offers Low g-Sensitivity, Tight Stability & Short Lead-time
November, 2020 – The YH1300-33 OCXO features low g-sensitivity to <7 x 10-10/g. Typical phase noise performance is -11dBc/Hz at 100Hz and -160dBc/Hz at 1MHz. In addition, for a limited time Greenray is offering short lead-time for the YH1300-33.
Key features include a 5.0 VDC supply, a miniature 20.3 x 12.7mm DIP package and CMOS squarewave output. The YH1300-33 can be screened to MIL-PRF-55310, is RoHS compliant and is a stable reference source for high vibration environments. N623 VCXO Combines Ultra-low Phase Noise & Low g-Sensitivity
August, 2019 – Greenray's new N623 VCXO features ultra-low phase noise and low g-sensitivity.
The N623 VCXO (voltage-controlled crystal oscillator), available at 100 MHz, features a compact 9 mm x 14 mm SMD package, sine wave output and supply voltage of +5.0 VDC. The New T1254 TCXO
Q2, 2018 – The T1254 Series features ultra-low g-sensitivity and has been designed for low orbit satellite applications, offering reliable performance to 30krad radiation exposure.
The T1254 TCXO (temperature compensated crystal oscillator), available from 10 to 50MHz, features an extremely rugged, 20.3 mm x 12.7 mm DIP package, CMOS output and supply voltage of +5.0VDC. YH1485 OCXO Introduced
March, 2016 Greenray’s new YH1485 OCXO is designed for use as a reference for radar, instrumentation, and military applications that require very low phase noise in order to optimize system sensitivity.
Available from 10 to 100MHz with sinewave output, and best stability of ±0.05ppm, the YH1485 delivers phase noise performance below -175dBc/Hz and excellent short and long term stability. Optional reduced acceleration sensitivity – down to 3×10-10/g in the worst axis – is also available to satisfy high shock or vibration environments and improve performance.
