Greenray RoHS and Lead Free Policies

Greenray Industries is committed to providing products which meet or exceed our customers' needs, including RoHS compliancy. Greenray has processes in place to design, procure, manufacture and deliver RoHS compliant products. Since the implementation of the EU RoHS Directive, Greenray has manufactured and delivered a quantity of RoHS compliant products on virtually every product platform we offer.

Greenray controls its RoHS compliancy by designing a particular product to be RoHS compliant, and the Model Specification Sheet will specify "RoHS Compliant." If the Model Specification Sheet does not specify RoHS compliance, then the Model has not been designed to be RoHS compliant. Greenray purchases all parts and material used in the manfacture of a RoHS compliant Model from manufacturers who have clearly identified them to be RoHS compliant and/or who has a unique RoHS Compliant part number or has provided a C of C stating compliance to the ordered RoHS compliant part. All parts and material used in the manufacture of this Model number have been inspected and are in compliance with these requirements and records are on file and available for review.

*** Customers who desire a RoHS Compliant oscillator should include this requirement in the information/specifcation provided to the Greenray Sales Department early in the process to avoid errors and ensure quotation accuracy. ***

RoHS refers to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive:
DIRECTIVE 2002/95/ED OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of January 27, 2003, on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
